international mission trips

every 4 years we broaden our worldview by being in ministry with folks from a different country or even continent. these trips are open to any older high school or college youth age 16-22 by the time of the trip.  our next trip will be in the summer of 2014.

2010 - Kumasi, Ghana (Africa)

in 2010, we travelled to kumasi, ghana (west coast of africa). while we were there we fellowshipped and worshipped with ghanian united methodists, hung bed nets to help prevent malaria in a boarding school for deaf and blind students, a hospital, and in church communities.  we also experienced the elmina slave castle, one of many ports where slave trade used to take place.
